"Doctors are great but problems with the Practice"

The Doctors at this practice are absolutely brilliant however, I have problems with the way the practice is run.  

I have found that some receptionists that I have dealt with talk to patients as if they are retarded. Extremely rude and have no respect nor manners. Not compassionate, bullish towards patients who approach the desk with valid reasons, almost as if it’s a ‘sin’ to approach the receptionist.

Had an issue which I queried with the Practice. It feels like the Practice is run on the basis of what they feel like at the time. Whatever happened to set protocols providing people with safe, compassionate, high quality service? Patients are not well and deserve to be treated with respect.  

Yes it works both ways, but there is huge difference between patients that go into the practice with a bad attitude and abuse the staff to those that get talked down to and bullied. If you talk to people with manners and respect then they will do the same in return.

In regards to the running of the practice, I kept getting a different response from the Dr’s, which was contradictory to what other staff were saying.
