Since a member of staff has joined this surgery there has been a tremendous improvement on the customer/patient service level.

She is so professional and genuinely caring, kind and polite. This is a breath of fresh air from the rude service we used to recieve before she joined.

She is a great asset to this surgery. It would be foolish for them to let her ever leave. I know if she leaves the service would revert back to the bad manners rude service we used to recieve before she joined.

Hats of to you, well done for changing the surgery around . Keep up the good work. She deserves a medal.

I must also mention two other members of staff who also provide a very polite and caring service.
