"Surgery gone downhill"

About: Bridge Road Medical Centre

I called the surgery 20 times on Monday, every time I was number 9 so hung up and tried again until eventually I was caller no 3, thinking I won't wait long, how wrong was i..35 minutes on hold,

After speaking to reception was told gp would call back. I'm in work so difficult to answer phone, eventually at 18.20 I received call after waiting all day only I missed it as I left phone to deal with a situation. Gp left voicemail saying they would call back weds as they are off Tuesday.

They stated I could speak to another gp if preferred the next day if it was urgent. I rang to speak to another gp on the Tuesday, receptionist was helpful but another gp refused to speak to me as I'm on list for weds.

I explained I wanted to speak today but that was a no no. I will.now wait all.day weds for phone call.and

I will probably end up.waiting for a week.as gp left me for a week for call back a fewweeks ago. This system really is not working and I'm.sure something will be missed by GPS when they are just happy to fob you off with a prescription without seeing you.
