I recently attended the hospital as an outpatient in the Colorectal Department.

I have nothing but praise for both the surroundings and the staff.

I thought the entrance was bright and cheerful - directions were excellent - and the staff outstanding.

I thought booking in via computer was a very efficient method and liked the large screen giving me more information about my appointment time.

The consultant I saw explained everything to me fully and I was impressed by his understanding of my needs.

I have been referred for a follow up colonoscopy and have no worries at all about the procedure.

Exceptional service given by exceptional staff!
