wel it seems that QE QM does not see it that way.

your new system implemented over 3 weeks keep canceling apointments lame excuuses have been made. also reception and departments need training. as they cal you rude interupt you. and then when you get upset, they hang up becouse you ar rude.

wel i hope some will look at this. as from an it spewcialist you do not implement a new system until everybody had training.!!!!!
