What a disastrous treatment by your reception staff that you get through to when dialling the main number. Very rude, unhelpful ad puts the phone down repeatedly. This woman has no place to work in the hospital!

I am sorry to hear about this. I appreciate how frustrating that must have been. I have checked with switchboard and there were no technical issues that caused lines to drop yesterday nor did they have any reports of people having difficulties.
