Visited South Bristol out of hours (Sunday morning) and was dealt with extremely promptly & professionally. Having had a very worrying night I was treated with respect for my issues. Two particular members of staff were superb and I cannot praise them enough.
In the final analysis one of them took the correct amount of time to describe what I (and my good lady) should do until I could get another appointment with my own gp practice.
An extremely pleasant visit in difficult circumstances- thanks.
