Crookes practice GP was fantastic in setting up community health care support for an elderly patient who did not want to be admitted to hospital.
Dr D set up support from community physio, TV nurse and district nursing services to enable my Mother to be cared for at home. All members of the team were fantastic, kind, compassionate and ensured my Mothers wishes were respected and followed.
