"Fantastic, but speak to the Surgicentre..."

What I liked

I had an endoscopy which was carried out wonderfully by the staff. Everything within the unit was what you'd expect and more.

What could be improved

Problem? It was my first visit to the Surgicentre. The receptionist did not establish eye contact or say 'Good morning' or 'Hello', just said 'Give me 2 minutes' whilst doing the all important paperwork without looking up. I also felt her clothing was inappropriate.
