(as the patient),

I was admitted via Accident and Emergency. I was quickly admitted, given treatment, and admitted to a ward. I felt really well cared for. All staff called me by name and helped me feel I mattered. The medical options for me were not easy, but they were clearly and kindly explained, helping me to arrive at the right decision. A special thanks you to staff on wards B32, Intensive Care, and B11. I would like to encourage all staff to stay and work in our NHS hospitals. You do an amazing job, and matter so much. Please be encouraged.
