"Great Service in the CT Department"

About: Heartlands Hospital

I would like to thank the lovely lady in the Cross Sectional Imaging Suite who has had to put up with me continually ringing her about my fathers appointment.

In the end I had to cancel and re-arrange the appointment as we had a family party and it meant that dad could not attend because he had to have a light diet etc for 4 days prior to his appointment.

Thank you for being so patient and when ever I rang you had a great sense of humor and put me at ease with any question I had concerns about.
