(as the patient),

I had a GP consultation at Rutherglen Health Centre. I was listened to.  In a way I havent been listened to for a long time by a GP.  She listened to understand instead of the usual listen to respond method of listening.

I  left feeling normal, this isn't all in my head this is real.
