What could be improved

The way they treat the patients their, told you about the after care and what you should do at home. I went in to A & E and they took my x rays but it took forever to know the results and they just said I have sprained my foot when I saw my x rays mys toe on my right foot looked bent and when I asked about it they said its like that as you have sprained it they need to have senior doctors treating patients who can`t walk and who are young as it could be broken or fractured they need to care about their patients more.
