"Superb Care and Aftercare - This is a great..."

I have been intending to write this review for a while now.

I have recently had my third operation at Basildon and we have had both our children there.

People are often quick to complain and slow to compliment - of this I am guilty however it is about time someone stood up for the amazing staff who work so incredibly hard at this hospital.

As a school teacher I fully understand how the reputation of an establishment can be affected by word of mouth and poor reviews. My personal experience of Basildon is based on My wife's treatment for cancer, the birth of my 2 children and three operations on myself in the last 15 years.

At each visit I have been welcomed, kept informed and looked after throughout. My physio and aftercare continues on a monthly basis and the staff are friendly polite and hardworking.

I am grateful for the help and support that you have provided me and my family and appreciate knowing that you are there.
