About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance)

i visited the surgical ward on the 24th Oct for kidney stone and stent removal and I couldn’t have wish for better treatment , from checking in at reception to chatting with the nurses chatting with the consultant and the aneasthetists and student and the hca everyone was only concerned with my comfort and putting me at ease . I cannot praise your staff enough I would make a special thanks to a nurse but names aren’t allowed . We managed a good laugh even with her upmost professionalism . Thank you all

It is always an absolute pleasure to read stories such as yours and to know that patients who visit West Cornwall Hospital are receiving such excellent care and treatment from our staff.

We pride ourselves in offering a high standard of service but seeing those experiences in writing really brings it home just how special the hospital is. It makes me extremely proud to work in such a fantastic place with teams of people who offer such high standards to the people of Cornwall.
