"Recovery College, you all rock"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as a service user),

Just finishing a six week course on journaling with Kelvin and Fiona from the Recovery College. 

It was brilliant, I have managed to relight my passion for poetry and creative writing. 

Learnt new ways to journal, and to not worry if it's spelt wrong. 

Drawings are acceptable and we didn't have to disclose anything if we didn't want to. 

Made new friends and learnt new ways to handle my mental health.

Recovery College  you all rock.
