"All in all, very satisfactory."

I was apprehensive about the procedure but the staff were very calm and reassuring. About half way through, I became slightly claustrophobic, but the surgeon recognised my stress immediately and was again reassuring. All in all, very satisfactory - and the results are staggering. Many thanks
