After my daughter was seen by a GP at 12:30 I then took her to Hertford County for an xray, paid my £2.90 to park and arrived at the xray dept to find I would have to wait until 2pm before the service reopened after lunch. (Closed to GP walk in patients from 12:30 to 2pm). fortunately I did check the oprening times before taking her in after school as we would only have wasted a further £2.90 as the service appears to close at 4:30 pm. I will now have to take her out of school again and miss further work time taking her back.

We provide x-ray services for a variety of services, including GP walk-ins - so balancing needs of these different groups of patients has its challenges. The opening times for walk-ins are listed on our website and should be available through GP practices too. We will, of course, feed your comments back to the radiology team.
