"I feel that I am able to move forward"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

Due to several health issues, I was finding it difficult to cope and come to terms with the issues that slowed me down. My GP advised me to contact Thurrock Inclusion. After an assessment at the centre I was sent an appointment with Steve Stiles.

I originally expected about 3 maybe 4 at the most, appointments. I had quite a few more which I am thankful for. Through the therapy I received I was able to gain insight into what it was that was really getting me down. I had not realised I had taken my eye off the ball…so to speak.

I am feeling much better and feel that I am able to move forward.

To my mind, Thurrock inclusion offers a valuable service. A service that if it were not offered on the National Health many people would suffer.
