Last week I had a suspicious mark on my arm removed, the gentleman, David, who did it could not have been nicer.   He just made everything easier, he was very kind and gentle and just made the apprehension go. I was so very pleased with the whole appointment, it all went so well and David was marvellous.

I try my best to make the appointments go smoothly, but couldn't do my job without everyone in the team making sure I behave! It is good everything worked well for you.
