To whom it may concern
I am writing to acknowledge and personally thank a member of your staff, who currently works at Queen Mary's hospital in roehampton, as catering staff.
I've been a patient on 2 wards and during both of my inpatient experiences, I was always happy to see her, as she greeted me with a smile and a welcoming presence, which was very reassuring as I have often felt overwhelmed and sad as an inpatient due to mental health difficulties. The member of staff was so understanding and respectful and treated me with dignity and showed such high regards when dealing with me and other patients.
I personally wanted to thank her and give her a well deserved recognition and inform you of what a great member you have on the team.
Thanks once again for taking the time to read and my highest compliments to such an ambassador and company representation.
"A little smile goes a long way... compliment to..."
