"Treatment Room"

I have a burn on my right hand which was treated by the Nurse and Student Nurse this afternoon. What lovely ladies! I was introduced by first names and they fully explained each step of my treatment including which bit might sting a little. I didn't feel rushed even though I know they are extremely busy. I was treated with respect and big smiles. The receptionist was polite and friendly when I booked my next two appointments and ensured to her best ability they fitted around my work rota. Thank you to all I had the pleasure of dealing with today and I apologise for not getting the lady on reception's name.
