I attended the CT department today (31st October 2018) at 10.25. From the moment I entered the department I received nothing but kindness. I informed the receptionist that I had been having difficulties trying to make an appointment by phone. The receptionist immediately contacted the booking department and within minutes I had booked an appointment. What a service!
All the staff I met were totally professional, friendly, supportive and caring. The procedure was clearly explained and I was treated with empathy and understanding throughout.
At all times I felt that the staff had ownership of their roles and wanted to make a difference.
