"Excellent service from initial referral to..."

What I liked

On entering the hospital we found the staff to be extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction. On entering the Department the Reception staff were very welcoming and polite. We arrived 30 minutes early not because we were hoping to be seen early, just because we left earlier to miss traffic and to ensure we got parked etc. We were seen earlier than our appoinment and in fact we left the hospital before our scheduled appointment so hows that for a service.
