"Excellent care at Addenbrookes A+E (Paediatrics)"

My son (Peter H), husband and I were in the Paediatrics department at Addenbrookes A+E on the 20th and then again on the 21st October. I am writing to say how professional and caring the A+E Paediatrics team at Addenbrookes are, they are very thorough and we feel very reassured when in their care. In particular, I’d like to say how impressed we were with one staff member. He’d taken care of Peter on a previous occasion and we were just as contented with his care and level of knowledge and professionalism. He was extremely good with Peter in making him feel safe and happy, his check-ups were in-depth and we were very comforted by the way he attended to our little boy. He clearly has a talent at what he does and in working with children and we were very pleased he was there the second night. He’s a really professional, polite and friendly guy who is very genuine and calming to be around. Thank you very much and I hope we don’t have to see you again (in the nicest possible way ??).

I’d like this message to reach this staff member's seniors, all the way up the ladder and for him to see this himself as I feel it is important that he sees what an impact he has on people.
