Having broken my arm 9 days ago, at which point I received very good care, today I attended the trauma clinic follow up appointment.
Again I am very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of all of my carers.
In the new urgent care unit I was less impressed with the moaning of some of my fellow casualties. I am pleased that we as patients are sorted and prioritised into' desperately urgent', and' very needy', and 'be patient'. I'm surprised at some people being up at the desk constantly pestering.
