(as the patient),

I was on Loxley ward. I was so worried about the operation and the outcome. Mr Hammonds and his team were so kind. They explained everything that was ahead of me in a very caring way. In doing so this put me at ease.

The nurses were also very caring. They worked so hard and were only ever smiley and pleasant. The food was also really nice.

There is no doubt that all of this made my stay in hospital to be pleasant.
