Hi 

I was recently an impatient on Ward 15 Burnley General Hospital for a total hip replacement and would like to extend my very sincere thanks to all staff for the very professional and caring manner that I was looked after. 

Thanks also go to staff from the various departments, x ray, surgical, orthopedic and physiotherapy who again provided a first class service with care.

Anyone who will be attending this hospital and ward in the near future need have no concerns, they will receive the very best level of care from very dedicated staff.
