About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Organised for my 4 year old to have ENT SURGERY SAturday 27th October to turn up wait over 1 hour to find out after tracking down a nurse from another dept to help me that there were no surgeries and they must’ve cancelled.

Booked time off work to look after my boy for the next two weeks post surgery. Getting an appointment arranged was bad enough with the shocking admin staff who are nothing but rude!

Driven all the way from Preston - wishing I’d gone to Preston hospital now!!!! Shocking
