What I liked
I took my 98 year old mother to Urgent Care on two separate occasions in the same week. She was at all times treated with respect, kindness and humour. The staff included her in all conversations. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to make us both comfortable and made sure that we understood what was happening. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your positive comments which have been shared with all staff at the Urgent Care Centre and a copy was also displayed on the notice board.
