About: London Independent Hospital

Having used this hospital for many many years have seen such a decline in all areas. As we pay for our treatments would expect the level of service received years ago. There is nowhere to get tea/coffee on ground floor thought it was bad enough when they put a paying coffee shop but that has now gone and nothing. There is a coffee machine on 2nd floor waiting room saw someone ask for some change on reception desk they were told to go to the shops . Waiting times are and ridiculous . as stated by others so is a common theme brought in at 12.00 and still waiting at 18.00 no explanations . Cant find staff or they don't understand you. Food appalling understand now been given to outside caterers WHY ? . Feel this place is now just a money machine get you in get you out no care or empathy for anyone. Understand now treat many NHS referrals and if you feel they don't require extras fine but for the amount you charge private patients deserve a better level of care and service in ALL areas. Saw reception staff on last visit having coffee and biscuits at the front desk not what you expect in a Private paying hospital. Don't bother sending the standard contact us and we will look into it as we know this is just lip service.
