"Mum's fall"

About: North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust

After visiting my father yesterday on ward 4 after knee replacement my mum had a fall on way out of hospital. A wonderful physio assistant who was walking by was straight to her and a lovely security guy whist a nurse on her was home went to get a wheelchair. They got her in the chair then the wonderful bed manager took around to urgent care which was exactly that. We were seen xrayed and home in less than two hours. The staff from reception to nursing staff were exemplary and a credit to the trust and the NHS. Sorry didn't get any of your names as was panicking about mum. Awaiting 'virtual fracture clinic'
