"Forgotten"

About: Western Eye Hospital

Arrived at A+E early hours of the morning, it was closed. I was directed to second floor makeshift A+E. After processing I was instructed to wait in a makeshift waiting room. There was another person there. At this point we were forgotten about, we were there for hours. A passing day shift member of staff finally asked who we were and redirected us to the A+E department that had now opened and they informed me that i had been discharged. At this point The Western Eye fast tracked us both and their excellent and professional service that they are renowned for kicked in.
