"Bless you all"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

Obviously the forget me not ward is the last place I would ever want to be on.

The staff who helped me were absolutely outstanding and they deserve a medal for what that do. Alison and Sara were amazing and had the most involvement in my care on the worst day of my life, and I cannot express how excellent they were and how thankful I am they were there .

Unfortunately I became unwell and had to return. I again received excellent care from many other midwives, doctors, the lady who brought my food and the toast lady who’s names I cannot remember-you were all fantastic - absolutely outstanding I cannot thank you enough for all the care i received at the worst time of my life.

Bless you all x

Thank you so very much for taking the time to comment on your experience of our hospital- particularly around what must have been a very traumatic time for you.

I will ensure I share your lovely words with the team.

With my very best wishes

Rebecca Pilling, Quality Improvement Facilitator: Patient Experience.
