I have been a pt with this surgery for over 20years and I have always found both the Doctors and Rexeption staff to be Pleasant and always helpful. You may have a wait while the telephone is answered but such s large practise and fewer staff mean a short wait -patience is the key word and respect for the person answering your call remember these ladies are just doing their job!
