What I liked

The booking in service is a joy to work with, the staff were helpful, kind, courteous, caring and very personable. I was worried about my appointment as the technology scared me, but once in and then in ENT my service was excellent. I have been in a lot of hospitals in my life, many who proclaim to be bigger but they are certainly not better, but west midd is a great resource for the area it serves, lucky hounslow, lucky twickenham and lucky Richmond. Its head and shoulders above its neighbours.

After my appointment I rebooked a follow up at the main reception with little fuss, I worked out a time after the excellent bookings clerk had got the date and I went away with an appointment that suited me, its a great way to avoid patients not turning up.

Marvelous from start to finish, love the new entrance too.

What could be improved

West midd have it spot on, the staff are happy at their work and it shows.
