I've been enjoying a bit too much time in the sun recently, so I needed a lump on my left cheek removed. I had a similar procedure a few years back that didn't go so well so I was quite apprehensive about this one.

There was no need to feel that at all, David and Susan made me feel right at ease the minute I came in, they were extremely helpful, they thoroughly explained the procedure and gave me exceptional care. Excellent people, a real credit to the NHS

I was so reassured, I have no qualms about coming here again; I'm having another procedure soon for the next lump on my right cheek, and I'm hopeful that I get it done by this lovely pair again.

My wife has been a seamstress for 40 years and when she saw my cheek she couldn't believe the quality of his stitches!

Thank you very much for your lovely comments. I am glad we were able to exceed your expectations. Susan and I try our best to keep an informal atmosphere in the room, as this tends to ease anxiety, and it is good you felt at ease.

May I extend my thanks to your wife. Perhaps I should take in alterations in my spare time??

Should you have to return to our clinic we would be delighted to see you again.
