"He made us smile and was so patient with my son"

About: Sheffield Children's Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Son aged 6 had head injury. Staff all so engaging, from reception onwards. Dr Tim made us smile and was so patient with my sons story of the accident. The nurses who glued him were warm and encouraging. There was an SHU trainee and another nurse helping a less senior nurse with her technique. Loved that! Love the nhs! Thankyou
