I visited the hospital today with my mother (who was attending outpatients). I was unhappy walking past smokers who were at the front entrance next to the “No smoking allowed on hospital land”. Allowing people to smoke reflects very poorly on the hospital as it makes me wonder what other breach of rules and regulations do the hospital executive permit?
