"An excellent team"

I'm just back from having several cysts removed from my neck and I have to say  it wasn't half bad, the staff were very friendly, warm and funny.

Having been awake for the procedure I noted how fluently the team worked together and how easy the whole experience was for me thanks to them.

The head surgeon in particular was excellent, she had an excellent manner and managed to remove everything whole (she explained to me beforehand that it may not be possible to remove everything in one go, I stressed that I would rather have it all out even at the expense of more scarring if it were possible and she said we'd have to see once we started) while the procedure was taking place there was a student present to learn more about it and help out where they could so I was also witness to the way the surgeon helped the student to learn, explaining what/where/why in a concise manner but without seeming overbearing or overly critical of any mistakes (all the while chopping at my neck).

In short I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, you guys did a great job although I hope I never have to see any of you again!
