Felt welcomed as soon as I entered Day Unit. Very friendly and efficient staff. Everything was explained to me and I fully understood what was happening.

Wondered when I got home why I had what felt like a hard nipple. Discovered an ECG pad left on my chest. Found this amusing rather than upsetting.

Thanks for your lovely feedback about our day unit, I have made sure it was seen by colleagues from the unit and they were pleased to receive it.
