I would really like to thank both a staff member and Dr for the service 5* service I received at the Thorndike surgery. They both were so attentive, professional, caring, kind and went above and beyond.

Yes this is an extremely busy surgery like all NHS surgeries and yes it is challenging to get an appointment like all NHS surgeries but this surgery has always been attentive to details, prompt and accommodating with referrals, prompt prescriptions and prompt in general in my experience and the surgery is well maintained and clean compared to majority of surgery’s.

Thank you for all you help and lovely service, it was so refreshing and reassuring.
