"Thank you Crosshouse - all of you"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

Was sent to Crosshouse Stroke Ward.

I have seen nursing at its very best. I have had 'mini' strokes and they are showing me how to miss 'The Big One'.

From cleaner to consultant has shown me utmost care - not one bit of dirt. Nurses to help me create order - super 'hot' food, Superb atmosphere in the ward, almost sorry to leave; more like a 5 star hotel!

The organisation of scans - MRI's all running like clockwork. Porters taking you and reports coming back immediately with you, Consultants reading scans and giving information to patients. Even Flora from Audiology found me to give me batteries for hearing aids.

Wow, this sounds absolutely idea. I will be very happy to pass this on to all the teams you haver mentioned from the porters through to Flora. Thank you for taking time to share this lovely story about the staff at Crosshouse and the care you got there.
