My key worker is Simon and he is one of the only Keyworkers I have ever been able to connect with. I think that most of the staff (volunteers) at Winchester are really good and think they deserve a big pat on the back.
I use Inclusions sometimes when I go I am always given a great reception, spoken to with respect and I never feel like the staff are looking down their noses at me. Thank you.
