About: Croydon University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Was given prompt appointment by operator on 111.Arrived for nine fifteen app.Checked in by charming receptionist.Seen with the hour.Very kind considerate male doctor.Chatted in kind patient way.I am elderly and disabled.Not rushed all was explained.I was offered a female nurse as charperone for my examination.This I accepted.I was then guided through my possible prescription.Prescription done and explained to me in careful unhurried way What a relief after a few hours I am pain free and comfortable.I do not think a private care plan could be any better.Thankyou all staff and doctor involved.I would have no hesitation in recommending your care to others.
