About: Yeovil District Hospital / Rehabilitation

(as the patient),

The care i received was absolutely perfect from both the stroke unit at Yeovil District Hospital and from the physiotherapists afterwards, on the ward and at home. Physiotherapy started on the day after I was admitted, so almost immediately. Emily, the physiotherapist has been lovely, very helpful and thoughtful.

A big thank you to all involved, I cannot fault any of the treatment and care I have received.
