"Was not listened to by IC24 doctor"

About: William Harvey Hospital / Out of hours service

(as a service user),

I felt as if the doctor wasn't listening to me. I informed them of my past history they refused saying they were a gp. I was told sorry no you, can't have the treatment your own gp, has asked for so, go, away and basically if my own gp hadn't stepped in again I would have be so ill.
