What I liked

I'd like to thank the doctor and her team Royal London Obstetrics and Gynaecology for the excellent care and surgical precision I received there. I was referred to the doctor after being diagnosed with multiple uterine fibroids, causing extreme pain and further medical complications. Her professionalism and experience were amazing, and I'm so very grateful to everyone at Royal London who helped me.

What could be improved

i'd say that intercommunication between different wards/departments could be improved - when i arrived for surgery the ward nurses were not expecting me and there was a lot of confusion which worried me, because all i had was a letter telling me where to be and when. I understand that staff on the wards are overworked and busy, but it would make a big difference if these administration details were improved, to help reassure patients.
