"Total lack of communication snd respect"

About: Royal Orthopaedic Hospital

Total lack of communication regarding my issues.He just would not answer any questions or engage me.Had to change to another orthotics assistant. Last visit got completely the wrong orthotic.Reception wasn't interested and refused my request to speak to assistant.

No apology no excuses.just a reorder.phoned PALs.still waiting for reply.2weeks ago.
