Good morning, and my apologies that it has taken so long to get back to you and thank you for your amazing feedback. I am delighted that you found your experience in Ward A11 a positive one, it will be a great boost for the team.

I'm particularly pleased that you were very happy with the staff and environment and you felt that you were listened to and involved in decisions around your care. These things are absolutely fundamental to what we are trying to do in A11.

I'll make sure and get all of this information back to the whole team.

I see that you are less happy with 'Things to Do', and I entirely understand this. We have a few projects and ideas that, at present, are still being developed, but we are making steps towards having more to do on the ward to keep your mind active, and we will hopefully see an improvement soon in this aspect of our feedback.

Thank you again.
